Special Order Desserts and Treats
At A Bite or Two, we make delicious desserts and treats from scratch to order. Most items arrive ready to eat, but we have some items available as frozen, bake at home style. Everything is made to order so you will always have a delicious freshly made item that is so good you will certainly have more than a bite or two.
We make many items as “mini” size because not everything needs to be jumbo sized, but most items are also available as full sized for when you need more than a bite or two.
Contact us to place your order. Most items require at least 48 hours notice. Local delivery fee varies or free pickup also available.
Larger quantities may be available by request.

Everyday Treats
The COW - Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Walnut Cookies
$35 per dozen
One dozen freshly baked COW cookies. Made from scratch in small batches with all natural ingredients including semi sweet chocolate chips, oatmeal, walnuts, real butter, real vanilla.
Available in one dozen quantities. Also available in frozen take-and-bake style.
Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes
$5 each
Six mini upsidedown pineapple cakes. Freshly baked from scratch, moist yellow cake with caramelized pineapple topping. Maraschino cherries optional. Comes ready to eat, but tastes best slightly warmed.
Mexican Style Flan
$5 each
Six individual sized Mexican style flans made from scratch. Arrives chilled and ready to be flipped and served.
Fresh Blueberry Danish with Vanilla Cream Cheese Glaze
$20 Serves 4-6
Fresh blueberries wrapped in puff pastry and freshly baked topped with a vanilla cream cheese glaze and sliced almonds. Nuts omitted by request. Arrives at room temperature ready to cut and serve. Tastes even better slightly warmed.
Tiramisu
$40 Serves 6-8
Espresso and rum soaked ladyfingers layered with a mascarpone espresso custard, topped with dark chocolate shavings. Serves 6-8. Arrives chilled and ready to serve. Perfect for the after dinner pick me up.
Caribbean Rum Cake
$25 Serves 8-10
Freshly made vanilla cake topped with walnuts and soaked in a Caribbean Rum Glaze. Arrives at room temperature ready to serve. Available as a whole cake or four mini sized cakes. So good you can pretend you’re on a warm sunny beach!

February: Cara Cara Orange Jam

Cara Cara Orange Jam. No peels here! Fresh Cara Cara oranges mixed with all natural sugar to make the best small batch orange jam you’ve ever tasted! Does NOT contain the peel because, ick! Comes in a sealed glass jar at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening.
February-April: Blueberry Lemon Cakes with Lemon Glaze
$20 Serves 8-10
Freshly baked blueberry lemon cake made with real butter and fresh blueberries and lemons, topped with a fresh lemon glaze. Comes chilled but best served at room temperature. Available as a whole cake or four mini sized cakes.
March-August: Blueberry Pie Bars
$20 Serves 10-12
Fresh blueberry filling baked on a shortbread crust with shortbread crumble on top. A little messy but so worth it!
February-March: Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bars
$20 Serves 10-12
Silky smooth cheesecake over a graham cracker crust, swirled with Meyer Lemon Curd, and topped with another dollop of Meyer Lemon Curd.
July-September or End of Season: Mini Peach-Raspberry Pies
$20 for 3
Fresh seasonal slightly sweetened peaches and raspberries filled in a scratch made crust, served mini sized. Each pie serves 1-2. Arrives room temperature, but tastes best served warmed.
December: Cinnamon Rolls with Maple Frosting
$20 per dozen
One dozen freshly baked cinnamon rolls with maple cream cheese frosting. Made from scratch with real butter and cinnamon, ooey gooey as they should be, served with real maple syrup cream cheese frosting. Does NOT include raisins because those are gross.
Comes ready to eat, but tastes best slightly warmed. Also available in frozen, bake at home style with the frosting on the side. Shhhh, take the credit, we won’t tell!
